01The forms
What you type, we keep to answer you.
When you apply to the Collective or tell us about a night, we keep what you type: your name, your email, your phone if you give it, and your answers. We use it to reply to you and to set up the Collective and the first nights. It is stored on our own systems at Cloudflare and a copy goes to our inbox at support@freakyfoottours.com. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or add you to a newsletter. One note when the door opens, one when your answer is ready, and nothing more unless you ask.
02Analytics
We count visits with Google Analytics.
Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which parts of the page they use, and whether a form was sent. Google sets cookies to do that. We never send Google your name, email, phone, or anything you typed into a form. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site still works.
03What we do not do
No ads, no brokers, no selling.
There are no advertising pixels on this site, no third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics, and no data brokers. We do not sell or trade anything about you.
04Keeping and deleting
Ask, and we remove you.
We keep form entries while we are building the Collective and its calendar, and we delete them when you ask. Email support@freakyfoottours.com or call (928) 224-0518 and we will remove your entry and confirm it.
05Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
